Thanks for shopping with Key2impessions! We hope you LOVE the items you purchased, but just in case something doesn’t work out please follow the guidelines of our Return Policy. Return/Exchange information:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for a return.
  • Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 7 days (unless 7th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you. Any items marked as sale, accessories, jewelry, or shoes will not be accepted for return or exchange.  All returns are subject to restock or return fee (for personal shopping services).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only. “Final Sale” items that are approved by the website manager for return are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

    • Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.
    • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

  • Shipping

    • Please note: All items are shipped as soon as possible, but how soon they are shipped may vary from product to product. Before holiday weekends, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, please allow 7 days for your order to process, even when requesting faster deliveries. Please email us if you have any questions. 

    We currently offer the following shipping methods:

    USPS or UPS Standard Ground   –   Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing.

    USPS or UPS 2nd Day   –   Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.

    USPS or UPS Next Day Air   -   Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

     Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:

    • Saturday delivery

We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure stylist availability, as well as to secure the time that works best for your schedule. Please arrive 10 minutes before your schedule appointment. time in order to relax, browse styles ideas and enjoy a refreshing beverage. If you are late for your appointment, we may nee to reschedule your appointment or modify your services.

We understand that unplanne issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appoinment.
